Sales Manager - Las Vegas, NV (Retail)

Location: Las Vegas, NV, United States; onsite field sales role requiring regular in-store work, travel between retail locations, and physical activity.

Salary: $59,700–$70,200 per year, plus eligibility for corporate bonus programs and fixed and variable vehicle reimbursement.

What you will do

• Build relationships with major home center retail partners, including The Home Depot and Lowe’s.
• Analyze sales metrics and advise retail customers through business reviews and metric updates.
• Plan, schedule, delegate, and supervise the work of Merchandisers.
• Recruit, interview, hire, coach, and develop the Merchandiser team.
• Create retail sales and marketing plans, creative marketing tools, and in-store events.
• Support product merchandising, manage point-of-purchase materials, and control the account budget.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of experience in retail, merchandising, or account management.
• Experience using sales forecasting tools.
• Ability to guide and mentor Merchandisers with a problem-solving and service-oriented approach.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Current valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to walk, stand, climb an 8–12 foot ladder, lift up to 45 lbs, and work in heat, cold, wind, and rain.
