Advisory Consultant - Business Advisory (Pharma)

Location: Hybrid role based in South San Francisco, California; Princeton, New Jersey; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Boston, Massachusetts; Evanston, Illinois; Thousand Oaks, California; Chicago, Illinois; or New York, New York. Travel to client sites and hirify.global offices is required as needed.

Salary: $160,000–$177,000 per year

What you will do

• Support pharmaceutical organizations with cross-functional strategic and business advisory projects across Commercial and R&D.
• Shape strategic choices, address industry trends and challenges, and communicate interconnected business issues to clients and internal teams.
• Contribute to end-to-end project delivery by coordinating with clients, hirify.global leadership, and delivery teams.
• Solve complex and ambiguous problems using data, qualitative insights, and creative thinking.
• Structure analyses, organize project data, coordinate meetings, develop deliverables, and present recommendations.
• Support business development, internal initiatives, team development, and client-facing engagements.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in a management consulting firm; candidates with an MBA or PhD and 3+ years of relevant experience may be considered.
• Strong professional oral and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management experience.
• Business and financial acumen, including the ability to interpret strategic documents and financial statements.
• Experience applying macro-industry or functional trends to client contexts and influencing executive priorities.
• Proven experience leading and managing teams and developing talent.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future employer sponsorship.
