Information Advisor, Large Pharma (AI/ML)

Location: Wayne, Pennsylvania, United States

Annual base pay range: $111,200–$349,000, with potential incentives, bonuses, and additional benefits.

What you will do

• Define and execute go-to-market strategies for pharmaceutical data and analytics services.
• Build relationships with senior stakeholders and lead proposals, solution shaping, and pricing for new engagements.
• Advise pharmaceutical clients on data strategy, transformation, modeling, analytics, and enterprise data roadmaps.
• Guide client investment decisions involving AI/ML, real-world evidence, and advanced analytics.
• Partner with delivery leaders to oversee solution design, delivery quality, escalations, and outcomes across Commercial, R&D, and Medical projects.
• Develop pharma analytics offerings and accelerators, including AI-driven insights and clinical trial optimization, and represent the firm at industry conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, Life Sciences, or a related field; a relevant master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in healthcare or pharmaceutical data and analytics, including at least 5 years in consulting or client-facing roles.
• Experience developing go-to-market strategies and leading large-scale data programs for global pharmaceutical clients.
• Expertise in advanced analytics, including AI/ML, NLP, predictive modeling, and pharmaceutical data ecosystems.
• Strong business development, revenue growth, client acquisition, executive presence, and stakeholder influence skills.
• Hands-on experience with claims, prescription and sales, EMR and laboratory, and physician reference data.

Nice to have

• MBA or PhD.
• CHDA, CPHIMS, or certifications in pharmaceutical analytics and clinical data.
