Location: Minneapolis, United States. Employment eligibility to work in the U.S. must be verified.

Salary: $68,000–$85,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Lead interior designers through healthcare project delivery across different sizes and scales.
  • Coordinate complete interior design documentation, specifications, quality assurance, and quality control.
  • Manage interior project scope from programming through construction administration, including codes, detailing, and constructability.
  • Develop design palettes and advise clients on interior finishes and material selections aligned with aesthetic, budget, and functional goals.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, project managers, construction teams, consultants, and healthcare project teams.
  • Mentor junior staff, lead meetings, resolve complex technical issues, and contribute to professional and business initiatives.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of related professional experience, preferably 5–7 years in healthcare design.
  • Experience designing acute care, ambulatory care, and medical office buildings.
  • Advanced knowledge of interior design concepts, practices, and methods.
  • Strong knowledge of Revit; proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, SketchUp, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of building regulations, Facility Guidelines Institute requirements, and safety codes, with the ability to apply them to technical documents.
  • Strong organization, written and verbal communication, collaboration, and team leadership skills.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in interior design or a related field.
  • Professional interior design licensure.
  • EDAC, LEED AP, or WELL AP certification.
