What you will do

• Prepare and control financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes across departments.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reporting.
• Manage internal control systems and ensure compliance with tax obligations and regulations.
• Optimize automation of ERP and accounting tools such as Netsuite, Payhawk, and Ramp.
• Analyze financial performance metrics and report variances.
• Contribute to strategic business planning and initiatives using financial insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, controlling, or financial management.
• Prior experience in a senior audit position (Big 4) or within a startup/scale-up environment.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Excel and experience with tools like Netsuite, Oracle, or SAGE.
• Fluent English (written and verbal) is required.
