What you will do
- Perform credit analysis to assess the creditworthiness of borrowers, guarantors, and sponsors.
- Monitor portfolio performance through periodic reviews and covenant tracking.
- Analyze credit data, market and industry reports, and trendcards.
- Prepare credit presentations supporting underwriting and portfolio management.
- Support credit risk management, credit quality, origination standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and participate in ad-hoc projects while developing underwriting and portfolio management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Interest in credit management, lending operations, and risk management principles.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability and willingness to learn how to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to report to the designated City National office is required unless otherwise indicated as fully remote.
