Jr. Banking Analyst - Credit (Finance)

Location: United States facilities; office-based duties include extended sitting and use of standard office equipment.

Salary: $23.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Rotate through portfolio management, credit operations, lending, underwriting, and special assets.
• Analyze investment portfolios, track performance, assess risk, and support asset allocation.
• Evaluate and process credit applications through credit verification, financial analysis, and compliance checks.
• Support loan origination, structuring, documentation, and underwriting for financial products.
• Assist with problem loan portfolios, real estate-owned assets, and workout strategies.
• Work on high-level projects and collaborate across business units; some rotations may require overtime.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Demonstrated interest in the financial services industry.
