Instrumentation Technician - Nights

Location: West Greenwich, Rhode Island, United States; onsite role. The position follows a rotating 12-hour C Shift schedule from 7 PM to 7 AM. During the 2–6 week onboarding and training period, the schedule is Monday through Friday, approximately 8 AM to 5 PM.

Salary: $71,939.75–$97,330.25 USD annually, plus a 15% night-shift differential.

What you will do

• Perform scheduled calibration, corrective maintenance, and repairs on site equipment and systems.
• Troubleshoot instrumentation, equipment, and systems and restore them to reliable operation.
• Complete work safely and in accordance with quality requirements, Standard Operating Procedures, and cGMPs.
• Communicate completed work and observed issues to system operators and key stakeholders.
• Complete work-order documentation accurately and identify workflow interruptions, waste, and improvement opportunities.
• Provide support outside normal hours when required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus one year of maintenance or military experience, or an associate degree.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work constructively with peers and teams.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to provide technical guidance to others.
• Ability to work the rotating 12-hour night-shift schedule at the Rhode Island site.
