Mechanism Design Engineer

Location: New Taipei City, Taiwan; onsite

What you will do

• Assess product feasibility for RFI/RFQ processes and support product quotation.
• Design product structures using 2D and 3D drawings and evaluate structural mold feasibility.
• Test and select materials, build and analyze mechanism models, and implement improvements.
• Support mass production and manufacturing by resolving organizational and process issues.
• Prepare engineering and technical documentation and manage mold-related activities, including mold opening reviews, trials, and approvals.
• Coordinate production transfers with factories and provide design solutions to customers.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant product design experience.
• Ability to create 3D drawings in Creo and 2D drawings in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency with Creo, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to independently execute projects and understand metal and plastic product manufacturing processes.
• Logical thinking, communication, and coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with server system architecture.
