Supply Chain & Manufacturing Manager (CMC)

Location: Hybrid role based in Princeton, New Jersey; New York, New York; Atlanta, Georgia; Boston, Massachusetts; Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Bethesda, Maryland; Durham, North Carolina; or Evanston, Illinois. Regular work from home is combined with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices, and travel is required for client-facing work.

Salary: $200,000–$229,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage multiple client engagements and serve as a trusted advisor to biopharmaceutical clients.
• Lead project delivery with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and financial performance.
• Provide strategic guidance on CMC, manufacturing, process development, technology transfer, regulatory authoring, and lab-of-the-future design.
• Develop roadmaps, implementation strategies, and digital transformation plans.
• Support business development, identify new opportunities, and expand senior client relationships.
• Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional hirify.global teams while coordinating solution delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree; an MBA or advanced degree is highly desirable.
• 7+ years of experience in management consulting and/or a pharmaceutical CMC organization.
• Hands-on experience in at least one CMC function, such as process chemistry, process engineering, formulation, or analytical chemistry.
• Knowledge of unit operations, quality by design, technology transfer, process validation, quality attributes, and pharmaceutical regulatory milestones.
• Experience with ELN, LIMS, ERP, LCM or PLM systems, data analytics, and presenting to senior leaders.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• In-silico, digital twin, or modeling experience.
• Experience with technology transfer, analytics, AI, or technology implementation in CMC.
• MBA or another advanced degree.
