Construction Project Manager (Data Center)

Location: Minneapolis, United States. Verification of employment authorization to work in the U.S. is required.

Salary: $94,500–$120,000 per year, with potential additional commission or incentive compensation.

hirify.global provides commercial construction project delivery, with this role focused on large-scale data center design and construction.

What you will do

• Administer assigned project phases under the supervision of a senior Project Manager or Division Manager.
• Participate in client sales presentations, design development, budget preparation, and project scheduling.
• Prepare and control budgets, schedules, bid documents, and profit projections.
• Negotiate and award subcontracts while tracking job costs and keeping project leadership informed.
• Coordinate jobsite meetings and prepare project status reports.
• Complete project closeout, including final costs, punch lists, billing, and fee collection.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of commercial construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Project and other project management tools.
• Knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control, and material pricing.
• Employment authorization to work in the United States must be verified.

Nice to have

• Mission-critical data center project experience.
• At least six months of estimating, preconstruction, and field experience.
• Ability to assume increasing responsibility and communicate effectively with superintendents, subcontractors, and clients.
