Senior Maintenance Technician (6:00am -2:30pm)

Location: Marlborough, Massachusetts, United States; on-site role

Salary: $44–$48 per hour, plus eligible bonus or incentive pay

What you will do

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on complex utility equipment and systems supporting laboratory environments.
• Operate and monitor building utility systems in support of laboratory operations and equipment maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities in a computerized maintenance management system.
• Schedule and supervise external service vendors performing on-site maintenance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Massachusetts license as an electrician or refrigeration technician.
• At least five years of experience as a maintenance technician or licensed skilled-trade professional.
• Extensive knowledge in at least two areas including electrical systems, automation and controls, calibration, plumbing and pipefitting, wastewater operations, HVAC-R, boilers and steam systems, RODI/WFI systems, or pumps.

Nice to have

• Massachusetts wastewater treatment operator license.
• Experience working in laboratory environments.
• Experience with CMMS, preferably Infor EAM.
