QARA Training Manager (QMS)

What you will do

• Maintain the global QARA personnel training procedure and define processes for identifying, documenting, and tracking individual training needs.
• Ensure employees worldwide have the knowledge, skills, and abilities required for compliant and effective performance.
• Develop project plans and priorities for training module development and revision across Cytiva.
• Lead the development and revision of QMS training content with relevant subject matter experts.
• Own and administer electronic learning management system content related to QMS as part of the training team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience in QMS training or an equivalent area within a regulated pharmaceutical, medical device, or life science industry.
• Experience with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, or pharmaceutical QMS environments.
• Experience administering an electronic LMS and developing training content.
• Experience with QMS or document management processes and related electronic systems is beneficial.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
