Salary: $188,000–$282,000 annually, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead analytics client relationships across multiple accounts and project teams.
• Oversee project delivery, presentations, product and technology deployment, quality, budgets, and financial performance.
• Develop client business through account expansion, lead generation, revenue growth, RFPs, and first-pass proposals.
• Set strategic direction for analytics projects and guide supervisors on activities, recommendations, and resource allocation.
• Serve as an analytics subject-matter expert across therapeutic and practice areas while contributing to internal and external initiatives.
• Train and mentor junior staff and support professional development within the Analytics function.

Requirements

• Leadership experience in analytics consulting, client account management, and project delivery.
• Ability to develop and maintain senior client relationships and identify new business opportunities.
• Experience overseeing multiple project teams, budgets, revenue goals, and resource allocation.
• Ability to provide strategic, actionable recommendations addressing complex client business questions.
• Knowledge of analytics applications such as data orchestration, AIML, omnichannel, and real-world evidence.
• Strong communication, professionalism, teamwork, and mentoring skills.
