Analyst, Remarketing Enhancement & Make-Ready (Automotive)

Salary: $56,200–$70,250 per year

What you will do

• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards covering enhancement volume, cycle time, aging, completion status, and exceptions.
• Establish baseline metrics, monitor trends, and provide analysis for leadership decision-making.
• Analyze internal and vendor costs, utilization, SLA performance, cost variances, and opportunities to improve margins and pricing discipline.
• Document enhancement and make-ready workflows, support SOP development, and assist with pilots, rollouts, issue tracking, and training materials.
• Identify bottlenecks, recurring errors, and billing inefficiencies, then provide data-backed process, policy, and system recommendations.
• Prepare analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for operational reviews and planning discussions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, analytics, supply chain, finance, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics, operations support, business analytics, or process improvement.
• Experience with operational reporting, dashboards, metrics, and trend analysis.
• Ability to analyze vendor performance, costs, utilization, SLAs, and process efficiency.
• Lean/Six Sigma, data analytics, or business intelligence certification is preferred but not required.
