What you will do

• Define, analyze, and track supply chain metrics, identifying trends, patterns, gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Extract and analyze data with SQL and multiple database and analytics tools.
• Design, build, and maintain reports, dashboards, scorecards, data views, and data warehouse solutions.
• Translate complex data into clear visualizations, business insights, and recommendations for supply chain partners.
• Gather and document business and system requirements, support data modeling, and investigate root causes.
• Coordinate data feeds, validate work through end-to-end testing, and support supply chain and logistics projects in partnership with IT and data science teams.

Requirements

• Four-year degree in business, finance, mathematics, economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in an analytical role, preferably in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience with Power BI and dashboard or scorecard development.
• Experience with analytic software such as Tableau, Excel, Microsoft Access, or Cognos.
• Basic understanding of transportation, warehousing, supply chain execution software, and third-party logistics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, prioritization, and attention-to-detail skills.
