Focus on analyzing capacity and inventory constraints, coordinating cross-functional responses, and improving production processes through Lean or Six Sigma initiatives.

Location: Ringaskiddy, Cork, Ireland

Base pay: €34,800.00–€55,775.00 per year

What you will do

  • Support production planning, purchasing, and production scheduling activities under supervision.
  • Coordinate supply plans and production schedules to ensure timely completion and customer supply.
  • Monitor schedule attainment, lead time, shortages, capacity loads, and other performance metrics.
  • Analyze demand, sales patterns, forecasts, production specifications, and supplier capacity data.
  • Manage raw material and component supply, inventory investment, and supplier performance.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, suppliers, customers, and global supply chain teams on constraints, launches, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Process Excellence, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business Information Systems, or a similar engineering or technology field.
  • Recent graduate from 2026 or graduating in 2027.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement or Lean Manufacturing concepts.
  • Data mining and reporting skills, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Interest in manufacturing processes, adaptability, initiative, and the ability to collaborate and work autonomously.
  • Ability to work at the Cork, Ireland location.
