Supply Chain Manager - Customer Services (Fixed Term Contract - Remote / Home Based)

What you will do

• Own the OTC process and lead SAP ERP changes, implementations, testing, training, and issue resolution across Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Accounts Receivable.
• Lead cross-functional projects involving product launches, new system introductions, global expansion, continuous improvement, and other supply chain initiatives.
• Coordinate sales orders, documentation, pricing, trade agreements, letters of credit, customs requirements, warehouse activities, freight forwarding, and compliant temperature-controlled shipments.
• Maintain product traceability, stock accuracy, supply availability, customer service procedures, and timely resolution of deviations, complaints, shortages, and logistics issues.
• Build relationships with customers, hospitals, government departments, sales teams, and internal functions to support contracts, tenders, customer satisfaction, and business opportunities.
• Provide sales reporting, market support, supply issue management, debtor information, and backup support for other country operations.

Requirements

• Strong SAP knowledge and project management skills.
• Experience with export procedures, customs requirements, letters of credit, and temperature-controlled shipments.
• Previous experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, customer-orientation, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, influence internal and external stakeholders, and work with cross-functional, multicultural teams.
• Excellent spoken and written English required. A license and bachelor’s degree or equivalent are required.

Nice to have

• French, German, Spanish, or other European languages.
• Experience supporting international country operations.
