TL;DR
Customer Collaboration Executive (Supply Chain): Delivering customer service performance and improving supply chain value for FMCG customers with an accent on case fill rate, on-time delivery, and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on implementing cost and value-creation initiatives, leading continuous improvement projects, and coordinating Sales, logistics, customers, and 3PL partners.
Location: Dublin, Ireland; hybrid working with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

What you will do
- Deliver target service performance, case fill rate, and on-time delivery to support high on-shelf availability.
- Identify and implement initiatives that reduce supply chain costs or create additional customer and company value.
- Develop and maintain communication channels with customers, internal stakeholders, Sales, supply chain functions, and 3PL partners.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives for systems, processes, and the collaborative customer model.
- Apply Joint Value Creation and Go to Market Strategy principles for assigned customer categories.
Requirements
- Prior experience in customer logistics or a supply chain role.
- Strong understanding of fast-moving supply chain models, such as FMCG, and the levers that drive service performance.
- Experience delivering improvement projects and collaborating with multifunctional stakeholders.
- Ability to influence and lead Sales and supply chain teams, set strategic direction, and hold stakeholders accountable.
- Strong Excel skills; intermediate SQL, Python, and/or Power BI skills are preferred.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Experience in Demand Planning, Operations, Physical Distribution, Consultancy, Site Logistics, or Site or Production Planning.
