Localisation Specialist (Translator) - Polish

Location: Remote from Lithuania, Poland, Romania, or Spain

Compensation: Poland PLN 8,200–9,100 gross monthly; Lithuania €2,000–2,200 gross monthly. Compensation for other listed locations is discussed during the interview process.

What you will do

• Copy HTML content and adapt copy for apps, websites, emails, and other content formats.
• Localise content for Polish-speaking customers with cultural relevance to the target market.
• Maintain Revolut’s brand tone of voice and strategic messaging through live translation updates.
• Adapt long-term brand strategy and vision to local market differences and perceptions.
• Meet daily content volume expectations and suggest strategic content projects.

Requirements

• Polish fluency at C2/native level.
• English fluency at C1+ level.
• At least 2 years of copywriting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in literature, journalism, marketing, or a relevant field.
• Outstanding writing and proofreading skills, with knowledge of the fintech industry.
• Strong time management, multitasking, interpersonal, communication, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
