Language Operations Specialist - French

Location: Seville or Madrid, Spain. Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

What you will do

• Own and drive linguistic and operational tasks within translation workflows, ensuring accurate, complete, and timely delivery.
• Apply linguistic quality standards, QA processes, account requirements, and operational workflows.
• Manage complex tasks, multitasking, and competing priorities while maintaining delivery performance.
• Perform structured self-reviews covering accuracy, consistency, links, logic, formatting, and technical correctness.
• Identify and resolve quality issues, delivery risks, blockers, and process challenges.
• Communicate with team members, Team Coordinators, and Service Delivery while contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, Languages, or a related field.
• Native French and fluent written and spoken English required.
• 2–4 years of experience in language operations, localization, or translation services.
• Experience with translation and localization workflows, MS Office, CAT tools such as Trados or MemoQ, and HTML coding and scripting.
• Strong understanding of linguistic quality standards, QA processes, and account-specific requirements.
• Ability to manage competing priorities independently, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal rework.
