Manager, Product Management – Peritoneal Dialysis Life Cycle Management (MedTech)

What you will do

• Lead global life cycle management strategy and execution for assigned peritoneal dialysis product portfolios.
• Manage portfolio sustainability, performance, risk-based prioritization, sustaining investments, product updates, issue resolution, and supply continuity actions.
• Represent the business in cross-functional workstreams spanning Marketing, Business, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and regional commercial organizations.
• Shape product strategy, roadmaps, platform evolution, and long-term sustaining priorities.
• Develop and present data-driven recommendations, business cases, trade-off analyses, and decision support for senior leaders.
• Lead responses to significant operational, quality, supply, and customer-impacting issues while embedding risk mitigation into portfolio governance.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, R&D, project or program management, operations, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or a related field.
• Experience leading portfolio, lifecycle, sustaining, or cross-functional programs in a global healthcare or regulated environment.
• Strong cross-functional leadership, influencing, business acumen, communication, decision-making, and accountability skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, life sciences, healthcare, clinical or scientific disciplines, or a related field.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; willingness to travel approximately 10–20% as business needs require.

Nice to have

• MBA, master’s degree, or relevant advanced certification.
• Understanding of regulatory, quality, supply chain, manufacturing, and commercial considerations in healthcare.
• Experience with portfolio management, analytics, project management, or reporting tools.
• Additional languages.
