What you will do
- Develop and maintain rolling three-month operational and financial forecasts aligned with supply, demand, pricing, and business targets.
- Optimize production, inventory, raw material procurement, and product movements to maximize EBITDA, cash generation, and working capital performance.
- Coordinate procurement, manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, sales, customer service, legal, and technical service stakeholders.
- Manage customer contracts, key-account relationships, tenders, renewals, market opportunities, and selected supplier and co-producer interactions.
- Monitor market intelligence, competitor developments, customer strategies, product quality issues, and emerging commercial risks.
- Support annual production, procurement, sales, EBITDA, commercial growth, cost-reduction, and infrastructure investment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering, business, commerce, or chemistry; technical comfort is required.
- 5–10 years of commercial experience in the chemical industry.
- Strong knowledge of business, commercial, financial, technical, and operations management.
- Understanding of contract law, chemical manufacturing processes, marketing, sales, and supply chain practices.
- Effective computer skills, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical, strategic, communication, decision-making, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
