Manager, Technical Product Management (Scientific Informatics)

What you will do

• Define technology strategy and product roadmaps for molecular screening, profiling, and compound logistics.
• Partner with scientists, technology teams, data teams, business stakeholders, and vendors to translate needs into product priorities and delivery plans.
• Lead technology initiatives supporting scientific workflows and the Design-Make-Test-Analyze cycle.
• Modernize processes through automation, digital technologies, data, advanced analytics, and emerging technology approaches.
• Set success measures, monitor product adoption and performance, and drive measurable value realization.
• Support vendor evaluation, contracting, planning, and performance management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in product management, scientific informatics, business analysis, technology delivery, consulting, or a related discipline.
• Experience partnering with scientific and technology stakeholders to define priorities, requirements, and technology solutions.
• Experience developing product strategies, technology roadmaps, business cases, or investment recommendations.
• Strong communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience with software platforms, data, digital technologies, scientific applications, technology-enabled processes, and AI tools or digital assistants.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in a scientific, technology, or business-related discipline.
• Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, research, or scientific organizations.
• Experience with molecular screening, profiling, inventory management, laboratory operations, or discovery research.
• Familiarity with laboratory automation, scientific data, digital or informatics platforms, Agile delivery, and organizational change.
