Location: Stephenville, Texas; may require teaching at Fort Worth, RELLIS-Bryan, Waco, other Tarleton locations, or online. Work may include travel and occasional weekends.

What you will do

• Develop, deliver, and review effective undergraduate nursing teaching and learning processes.
• Update course content, methodology, technology, and assessment approaches to support student competency and learning outcomes.
• Maintain office hours and collaborate with student success personnel on advising and orientation.
• Participate in college committees, recruitment, mentoring, club sponsorship, and other institutional service activities.
• Conduct ongoing research, scholarship, or creative activity appropriate to the academic discipline.
• Teach at different campus locations or through approved online instructional modalities as operational needs require.

Requirements

• PhD or DNP, or another earned doctorate/terminal degree from an accredited institution.
• Three to five years of successful college teaching experience for Assistant Professor; five to eight years for Associate Professor; or eight or more years for Professor.
• BLS certification.
• License to practice nursing in the State of Texas.
• Evidence of teaching excellence, continuing scholarly contribution, and yearly professional progress in teaching, scholarship, and service.

Culture & Benefits

• Full-time faculty schedule generally runs Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, subject to teaching and operational requirements.
• Tenure-track appointments are available at the Assistant, Associate, or Professor level.

• Official transcripts must be sent directly by degree-granting institutions before appointment.
• hirify.global will not pay the $100,000 H-1B petition fee; future sponsorship may be affected by Texas filing restrictions.
