Localisation Specialist (Translator) - Italian

Location: Remote from Lithuania, Poland, Romania, or Spain

Compensation: Poland PLN 8,200–9,100 gross monthly; Lithuania €2,000–2,200 gross monthly. Compensation for other listed locations is discussed during the interview process.

What you will do

• Copy HTML content for localisation workflows.
• Deliver high-quality Italian transcreation for app, website, email, and other content.
• Adapt brand tone, strategic messaging, and long-term vision to local cultural differences and market perceptions.
• Meet daily volume expectations and contribute to live translation updates.
• Suggest strategic content projects and collaborate across functions.

Requirements

• Native-level Italian fluency required.
• English at C1+ level required.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 1 year of experience in localisation or translation, preferably in a similar field.
• Excellent writing, editorial, reviewing, creative content, and tone-of-voice adaptation skills.
• Data-driven approach, strong self-organisation, teamwork, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
