Junior Localization Manager (Localization)

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania; hybrid work model with regular visits to the Vilnius and Kaunas locations.

Salary: €1,500–€1,800 gross per month, negotiable based on skills and competencies.

What you will do

• Coordinate voiceover projects from voice talent communication through recording reviews and invoicing.
• Track translation deadlines and ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Prepare translation files by removing unnecessary details, clarifying questions, and completing missing information.
• Act as the main contact for linguists and respond to queries about ongoing projects.
• Run AI quality checks using provided prompts and rules.
• Support freelance translator sourcing, test translations, and rate negotiations.

Requirements

• Good command of English; knowledge of another language is an advantage.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Good analytical and project management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Phrase TMS or other translation management tools.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools used in translation and quality assurance workflows.
• Background in localization, translation, or linguistics.
• Experience in e-commerce.
