What you will do

• Grow the customer base in the construction sector by attracting and converting new customers.
• Manage incoming referrals and cultivate relationships with existing customers.
• Research industry trends and identify opportunities in new and existing markets.
• Map relevant industries, contribute to sales strategy, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prepare sales materials with the marketing team, negotiate commercial terms, and manage the CRM system.
• Attend conferences, exhibitions, and networking events while training and mentoring wider sales team members on products, hardware, and software.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to explain complex systems clearly and simply.
• Strong organisation, prioritisation, multitasking, and lead-management skills.
• Initiative, resilience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build close relationships with customers and internal teams.
