Business Development Manager (BDM) - Torbay- Circa 41k Basic - 53k OTE Uncapped

Location: Torquay, United Kingdom

Salary: £35,875 base salary, £53,875 OTE annually, plus a £5,200 or £6,200 car allowance and uncapped earnings

What you will do

• Prospect for new business using self-sourced and company-provided leads.
• Conduct face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs.
• Present, negotiate, and close deals with new and existing clients.
• Manage customer relationships and accounts for up to 12 months after the sale.
• Review customer data to identify growth opportunities and improve client ROI.

Requirements

• Proven success in field sales or high-performing telesales.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Resilience and a positive approach to overcoming objections.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS is beneficial.
• Full UK driving licence required, with no more than six points.
