Senior Analyst, Product Management – PD Life Cycle Management (Medtech)

Location: Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium; approximately 10–15% travel required.

What you will do

• Support global life cycle management workstreams for assigned peritoneal dialysis products.
• Develop portfolio analyses covering commercial performance, customer impact, quality, regulatory, supply, and operational considerations.
• Support prioritization of sustaining activities, product updates, issue resolution, and potential rationalization decisions.
• Coordinate work across Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Quality, Finance, and regional teams.
• Prepare business cases, insights, options, recommendations, and executive-ready materials for leadership and governance forums.
• Track milestones, risks, mitigation plans, deliverables, and decision needs across assigned workstreams.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in product management, marketing, project management, operations, healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or a related business function.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, life sciences, healthcare, clinical/scientific disciplines, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, synthesize ambiguity, and drive work forward through cross-functional stakeholders.
• Fluency in English required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; familiarity with analytics, project management, reporting, or portfolio management tools is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Experience with portfolio management, product life cycle activities, business analysis, or cross-functional program execution.
• Experience in regulated healthcare, quality systems, supply chain, or global commercial environments.
• Advanced degree, relevant certification, or additional languages.
