Senior Framework, Strategy, Governance & Reporting Manager (Data Analytics)

Location: Milton Keynes or Glasgow, United Kingdom; site-based hybrid working with office attendance required at least 12 days per month

Salary: £76,000–£114,000 per annum, depending on experience

What you will do

• Design and lead an end-to-end resilience governance and analytics capability covering frameworks, mapping, vulnerability identification, and reporting.
• Develop quantitative models and analytical approaches to challenge impact tolerances and connect scenarios with business outcomes.
• Lead integrated vulnerability assessments using multiple data sources to identify systemic risks and control weaknesses.
• Drive control effectiveness testing, remediation tracking, and evidence frameworks through data-led methods.
• Define and deliver Board-quality management information with transparent, traceable, and actionable insights.
• Oversee data architecture, analytics tooling, reporting platforms, and machine learning initiatives while acting as the interface between business, risk, and technology.

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading data analytics, data science, or data engineering capabilities in complex organisations.
• Experience delivering data-driven solutions for risk, resilience, or regulatory environments and leading large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong expertise in data analytics, statistical modelling, machine learning, data engineering, ETL/ELT, data pipelines, and data integration.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with experience using BI and data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, MicroStrategy, or SAS VA.
• Knowledge of data modelling, database structures, information architecture, data governance, risk frameworks, operational resilience frameworks, and regulatory expectations.
• English is required, and candidates must have the right to work in the UK to commence employment.

Nice to have

• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degree or professional certifications in Data Science, Analytics, or Risk Management.
