Procurement Buyer (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned categories and suppliers.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, service, and reliability.
• Build supplier relationships and negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and provide procurement support.
• Analyze spend, supplier performance, market trends, contract compliance, risks, and KPI reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain.
• Strong understanding of procurement principles, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Experience with procurement systems, e-sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English and German language skills required.
