Adjunct Instructor - Educational Leadership & Technology

Location: Stephenville, Texas; teaching assignments may be at the Stephenville, Fort Worth, and Waco campuses or online. Instruction may be delivered in person or through approved instructional modalities.

What you will do

• Plan, prepare, and deliver undergraduate and graduate lectures, seminars, and laboratory offerings.
• Teach courses in educational leadership, higher education, educational research, and statistics.
• Develop syllabi, select instructional materials, and design examinations, quizzes, papers, and other assessments.
• Assess student performance, provide feedback, and evaluate learning outcomes to improve instruction and curriculum.
• Support students through office hours, academic guidance, feedback, and mentoring.
• Use active learning, educational technologies, and innovative pedagogical approaches; serve as a Campus Security Authority.

Requirements

• Earned doctorate in Educational Leadership, Higher Education, Educational Research, or a closely related field from an accredited university.
• Minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the teaching discipline.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English required.
• Ability to teach at undergraduate and graduate levels and interact professionally with students, staff, and faculty.
• Completion of credential verification and a criminal history investigation is required for this security-sensitive position.

• Previous teaching experience at the P-12 or collegiate level.
• Previous online teaching experience at the collegiate level.
