Adjunct Faculty - Kinesiology

Location: Commerce, Texas, United States. Instruction may be delivered on campus, off campus, or online, during daytime and/or evening hours according to student demand and departmental needs.

What you will do

• Teach up to two courses per semester in the B.S. Kinesiology & Sports Studies program.
• Develop and manage course syllabi in accordance with department and college standards.
• Plan lectures, in-class discussions, assignments, and examinations.
• Assess student participation, performance, assignments, and examination results.
• Assist and mentor students as needed.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with at least 18 graduate hours in the field to teach undergraduate courses.
• A terminal degree in the field or a closely related field is required to teach graduate courses.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
• Applicants are subject to a criminal history investigation and credential verification.
