Manager Digital Systems Deployment-Orthopaedics

Location: West Chester, Pennsylvania, or Raynham, Massachusetts, United States. Remote work may be considered case by case for United States-based candidates. Up to 40% domestic travel is required.

Base pay: $102,000–$177,100 per year.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end deployment, adoption, and operational support for supply chain digital platforms across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.
• Define, track, analyze, and report platform metrics, including tagging, pinging, and data accuracy indicators.
• Lead discovery sessions with internal and external customers to identify inventory optimization use cases and platform expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineering and platform development teams to scope, test, and deploy software features and hardware updates.
• Own onboarding, training materials, end-user engagement, rollout communications, and field-team enablement.
• Improve data integrity, investigate root causes, drive corrective actions, and quantify cost and efficiency improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 6–8 years of experience in medical supply chain, digital platform deployment, or related operations roles.
• Proven project and change management experience in a matrixed organization, including the ability to influence without direct authority.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using Excel and business intelligence tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder presentation skills.
• Fluent English and authorization to work in the United States are required.

Nice to have

• Healthcare supply chain or medical device distribution experience.
• Direct customer-facing or field support experience.
• Advanced Excel skills, including lookup functions, pivot tables, and basic macros.
• PMP or Prosci experience and familiarity with project management, flowcharting, and data import tools.
