Associate Director, Clinical Pharmacology/Senior Clinical Pharmacologist (Oncology)

Salary: $141,500–$268,500 USD annually

What you will do

• Design and manage clinical pharmacology strategies and Phase 1–4 studies for oncology projects.
• Lead PK/PD data analyses and interpretation, including model results in the context of research questions.
• Author protocols, study reports, population PK and exposure-response analyses, CTDs, label sections, investigator brochures, and white papers.
• Lead clinical pharmacology and biopharmaceutics meetings and represent the function on cross-functional study and asset development teams.
• Drive small multidisciplinary teams and align clinical, CMC, regulatory, and clinical pharmacology positions.
• Prepare scientific publications, present at conferences, engage with KOLs, conduct due diligence, and represent clinical pharmacology at regulatory meetings.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in clinical pharmacology, PK, PBPK, PK-PD, pharmacometrics, systems pharmacology, drug metabolism, or transporters.
• Associate Director track: PhD with typically 4+ years, PharmD with typically 6+ years, Master's degree with typically 12+ years, or Bachelor's degree with typically 14+ years of relevant experience.
• Senior Clinical Pharmacologist track: PhD with 0 years, PharmD with 2+ years, Master's degree with typically 8+ years, or Bachelor's degree with typically 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong scientific, technical, interpersonal, strategic thinking, and enterprise perspective skills.
• Ability to lead teams, collaborate with functional representatives, interact with internal and external KOLs, and influence cross-functional alignment.
