TL;DR
Paralegal (6 Month FTC) (SaaS and Commercial Legal): Supporting commercial contracts, supplier agreements, data protection, governance, and corporate activities with an accent on SaaS agreements, DPAs, vendor due diligence, and legal risk management. Focus on reviewing and negotiating contracts, resolving stakeholder issues, supporting M&A and intellectual property matters, and maintaining corporate policies and controls.

What you will do
- Review, negotiate, and manage SaaS customer agreements and related contractual documentation.
- Review supplier contracts and advise on legal risks and obligations.
- Support stakeholders with contractual issues and negotiations.
- Support data protection activities, including reviewing and negotiating DPAs.
- Assist with intellectual property matters, vendor due diligence, and legal questionnaires.
- Support M&A, entity rationalisation, risk management, corporate governance, policies, and internal controls.
Requirements
- Legal qualification, paralegal qualification, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Familiarity with commercial contracts in a SaaS or technology environment.
- Knowledge of data protection and privacy regulations.
- Experience supporting legal work in a commercial environment.
- Clear communication with stakeholders across the business and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Experience with M&A or post-acquisition integration activities.
- Experience with intellectual property matters and procurement or vendor contracting.
- US law experience.
- Experience with AI matters in a SaaS environment.
- Experience with CLM implementation.
