What you will do

• Review AI model responses to legal questions for accuracy and quality of reasoning.
• Draft expert-level prompts, reference answers, and detailed critiques.
• Identify hallucinated citations, flawed legal analysis, and jurisdictional errors.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance on legal tasks.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• Current or recent experience within the last 3 years at a top-tier BigLaw firm.
• Strong experience in corporate law, M&A, private equity, or capital markets.
• Experience handling high-value transactional matters and complex commercial agreements.
• Strong legal research, analytical, issue-spotting, and legal drafting skills.
• Excellent written English and ability to explain sophisticated legal concepts clearly.
