What you will do
- Develop and prepare contracts and budgets for assigned customers in support of the global sales team.
- Collaborate with project teams to determine appropriate contract terms and conditions.
- Revise contracts, budgets, and scopes of work, ensuring budgets accurately reflect the defined scope.
- Integrate study changes into main contracts efficiently and accurately throughout the study lifecycle.
- Oversee document finalization and distribution.
- Maintain contract databases and files and participate in departmental initiatives.
Requirements
- Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Advanced English required; CV must be submitted in English.
- At least one year of experience in administrative activities, contracts, commercial proposals, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and costing models.
- Comfort collaborating and communicating with colleagues and customers.
