What you will do
- Communicate with clients about changes and provide timely updates.
- Perform coverage analysis, interpret results, present findings, and follow up on actions.
- Manage client inquiries and order feasibility requests from registration through resolution.
- Train clients on methodologies and variable calculations.
- Promote the use of technology and monitor potential data quality issues.
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Actuarial Studies, or a related field.
- Advanced English required.
- Advanced Excel required.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience working with large databases and insights.
- Effective communication, organization, prioritization, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with direct client contact; market research, retailer, or mass-consumer manufacturer experience is desirable.
