(Graduate) FP&A Analyst / Controlling (m/f/d)

What you will do

• Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Prepare monthly financial analyses, performance reports, management presentations, and KPI dashboards.
• Analyze actual results against budgets and forecasts, investigate variances, and identify business drivers.
• Support month-end closing, validate financial data, and collaborate with Accounting and Business Controlling.
• Automate and standardize reporting, forecasting, and planning processes using modern finance tools.
• Explore AI-driven solutions, support new FP&A tools and digital initiatives, and improve data quality and process efficiency.

Requirements

• Recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Interest in financial planning, business performance, data analytics, digital technologies, AI, and automation.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, or SQL.
• Skills in Python and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
• German language skills.
