Finance Lead, FP&A Commercial/FP&A Intelligence Finance – Capability & Technology

What you will do

• Own the FP&A Intelligence capability across budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, variance analysis, consolidation, and business-unit finance support.
• Build and maintain AI agents for forecast pack generation, variance commentary, budget consolidation, scenario modeling, and ad-hoc finance requests.
• Automate corporate FP&A month-end close and forecasting workflows with validated, pipeline-driven outputs.
• Own SAP/S4 and Snowflake data pipelines, ensuring data integrity, traceability, and auditability.
• Develop self-serve dashboards, scenario models, and agent interfaces for finance business partners.
• Connect commercial intelligence with FP&A data and contribute architecture and automation frameworks to the broader Finance AI roadmap.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in FP&A, finance analytics, or data engineering, with substantial experience in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or an equivalent cloud data platform; Snowflake Cortex or LLM API experience is preferred.
• Ability to build automated analytics pipelines using Python, SQL, and Power BI.
• Experience designing or deploying AI agents, copilots, or LLM-powered tools in a finance or enterprise environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP/S4 FP&A data structures, including P&L hierarchies, cost centers, profit centers, and plan versions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree or CFA is a plus.
