Vendor Integration Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead the vendor team, set priorities and accountability, establish delivery cadence, and report roadmap progress to leadership.
• Design standardized onboarding processes, playbooks, templates, and delivery pipelines for vendor intake, analysis, integration, testing, launch, and maintenance.
• Act as integration architect for API analysis, data mapping, ordering, provisioning, billing, reconciliation, scalability, error handling, and maintainability.
• Drive automation of catalog updates, price-list ingestion, offer synchronization, testing, and monitoring using scripting, automation platforms, and AI agents.
• Manage the full vendor lifecycle, track vendor roadmaps and API changes, resolve escalations, and onboard new vendors.
• Align requirements and delivery timelines with partners, sales, product, developers, and global cloud vendors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in vendor management, technology partnerships, channel or marketplace operations, ideally in SaaS, cloud distribution, or e-commerce.
• Proven experience leading and structuring a delivery team.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth and authentication flows, JSON/XML data mapping, and integration project delivery.
• Fluency with Postman and OpenAPI/Swagger specifications, including the ability to review and challenge technical designs.
• Experience designing and improving operational processes, plus practical automation or scripting experience with tools such as Temporal, Workato, Power Automate, Python, or JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience using LLM APIs, AI tools, or agent frameworks to automate operational work, alongside strong communication and follow-through.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft CSP or Partner Center, AWS Marketplace, Google Cloud, or comparable cloud vendor ecosystems.
• Background in subscription management, recurring billing, CSP or distribution platforms.
• Experience as a solutions architect, integration architect, or technical program manager.
• Familiarity with catalog and pricing data structures, reconciliation processes, and Agile delivery frameworks.
