Location: Hybrid in Zürich, Switzerland, with a weekly team day at the Zurich office on Thursdays

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end technical implementations of connect for new and existing customers.
- Drive adoption of connect with Customer Success Managers to automate insurance and absence-management processes.
- Conduct pre-sales feasibility assessments, including scoping, effort estimation, and quotations.
- Own and optimize wage type mapping, account configuration, and testing setups.
- Build technical partnerships with IT providers and standardize integration approaches.
- Maintain accurate documentation and coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, technical teams, external IT partners, and customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of client-facing experience, including implementation management and translating technical details into business language.
- Strong project management skills across timelines, stakeholders, and concurrent engagements.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with REST APIs, Bearer-token authentication, JSON Schema, and data mapping and validation across JSON, XML, and CSV.
- Operational knowledge of Swiss payroll systems, time-tracking software, and HR/payroll processes.
- Experience with technical pre-sales, feasibility scoping, partner discussions, and provider-level relationship building.
- Proficiency in German and English is required.
