Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States; hybrid work model

Salary: $195,900–$224,800 annually, plus quarterly profit sharing based on company performance

What you will do

• Build and strengthen relationships with executives and manage client relationships.
• Lead project teams and oversee engagements from visioning and solution design through implementation, delivery, and quality outcomes.
• Design and implement business and technology solutions focused on cloud enablement, AI and machine learning, and data analytics and insights.
• Manage account planning, identify follow-on opportunities, and contribute to proposals and business development materials.
• Build the Philadelphia office through recruiting, community service, and team events.
• Coach and mentor junior colleagues, set development goals, write reviews, and advocate for career advancement.

Requirements

• 8+ years of technical and/or management consulting experience architecting enterprise and application solutions.
• Strong understanding of technical architecture with hands-on experience in cloud platforms and AI technologies.
• Working knowledge of Agile practices and experience managing technology projects and complex client engagements.
• Experience in account management, business development, and crafting compelling value propositions.
• Professional relationships in the Philadelphia market and recent leadership of client project teams.
• Legally authorized to work for any company in the United States without sponsorship.
