Senior Linguistic Services Manager (AI)

Location: Remote from Brazil

What you will do

• Provide linguistic services and AI-task support to production teams, partners, and customers.
• Develop, design, and implement quality-management methodologies for AI-focused linguistic services.
• Monitor quality across assigned languages and projects, including reporting, guideline enforcement, and asset maintenance.
• Deliver AI-services tasks and provide training to translators, annotators, and stakeholders.
• Identify process-improvement and innovation opportunities in linguistic and AI workflows.
• Track industry trends, best practices, and emerging AI language-service technologies.

Requirements

• Linguistic education or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in AI services or quality management, ideally in client-facing or support roles.
• Perfect command of spoken and written English required.
• Practical knowledge of AI annotation, evaluation, prompting, and LLMs.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially MS Excel.
• Strong coordination, communication, training, flexibility, and problem-resolution skills.
