HR Site Lead, LER

Location: Onsite in Ängelholm, Sweden

What you will do

• Advise managers on employee relations cases and employment matters.
• Lead labor relations, including union negotiations, consultations, and relationship management with white- and blue-collar unions.
• Maintain accurate HR data and reporting, QMS compliance, and audit readiness.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and hosted associates.
• Provide HR compliance and reporting support.
• Lead HR projects aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent discipline.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and verbal.
• At least 5 years of HR experience focused on labor and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and collective bargaining frameworks.
• Experience leading union negotiations and managing relationships with multiple unions.
• Excellent IT skills, including Office applications, HR systems, and AI.
