TL;DR
Employee & Labor Relations Manager Nordics (Swedish labor law and union relations): Delivering Employee Relations and Labor Relations support across Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway with an accent on complex cases, collective bargaining, and organizational change. Focus on negotiating with unions and employee representatives, advising leaders on compliant employment practices, and implementing restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, and policy initiatives.
Location: Solna, Stockholm County, Sweden; responsibilities cover Sweden, Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
Base pay: kr614,000–kr1,059,150 annually, plus an annual bonus.

What you will do
- Lead Employee Relations and Labor Relations activities across the Nordic countries.
- Advise on Labor Relations strategy and prepare for and negotiate collective bargaining agreements.
- Act as the main contact for unions, employee representatives, works councils, and other social partners.
- Manage complex, sensitive, and high-risk Employee Relations cases.
- Support restructurings, policy implementations, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other organizational change initiatives.
- Improve HR policies, procedures, service delivery, and employee and leader experiences in collaboration with regional, global, and legal teams.
Requirements
- University degree in Law or Economics with a focus on Human Resources and Employee/Labor Relations.
- At least 6 years of international HR experience focused on Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations.
- Strong expertise in Swedish employment and labor law, including MBL negotiations, plus knowledge of legislation and practices in Denmark, Finland, and Norway.
- Experience with collective bargaining, union consultations, employee representatives, and complex employee relations matters.
- Project management experience in organizational change, restructuring, M&A, divestitures, and policy implementation.
- Fluency in Swedish and English; experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar systems.
Nice to have
- Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian language skills.
- Experience with coaching, conflict resolution, mediation, corporate investigations, or HR strategic management.
