FAST Sr. Lead, Accounting to Report (A2R / Close) (JDE)

What you will do

• Lead General Ledger and period-close system enablement in alignment with accounting standards, controls, and reporting requirements.
• Oversee transfer pricing, intercompany accounting, costing, valuation, posting logic, revaluation, AAIs, FX, and inventory valuation.
• Maintain legal entity structures and finance hierarchies within JDE finance systems.
• Manage close-critical interfaces, dependencies, systemic risks, and end-to-end data integrity across finance domains.
• Act as the highest FAST functional escalation point, leading L2 support, root-cause analysis, impact assessment, and defect resolution.
• Provide executive communications, cross-functional coordination, functional leadership, coaching, and strategic recommendations to finance and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in finance systems, JDE enablement, or finance transformation.
• Strong Accounting-to-Report expertise covering general ledger, period close, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting dependencies.
• Hands-on JDE finance configuration experience, including posting logic, valuations, finance structures, AAIs, FX, costing, and inventory valuation.
• Experience supporting audit readiness, SOX compliance, internal controls, L2 support, issue triage, impact assessment, and defect resolution.
• Fluent English and clear communication skills for collaboration with Finance, IT, Data, Controls, and senior stakeholders.
