Accounts Receivable Analyst I (Medtech)

What you will do

• Monitor past-due accounts, prepare account reconciliations, and coordinate collection resolutions with Sales.
• Prepare AR accruals, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations for month-end and year-end close.
• Process manual billings, billing adjustments, cash applications, check deposits, ACH and Lockbox payments, and related reconciliations.
• Investigate billing discrepancies, short payments, deductions, pricing issues, and Proof of Delivery reconciliations with Commercial teams and customers.
• Support intercompany eliminations and prepare weekly reports on invoicing, aging, cash receipts, and invoice adjustments.
• Identify process improvements while ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and timely execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent field.
• At least 2 years of accounting experience; accounts receivable or collections experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Experience working with internal and external auditors.
• Familiarity with major ERP and accounting systems, with Epicor experience as an advantage.
• Advanced English proficiency; B2+ required and C1 preferred. Advanced MS Excel skills are also required.
